All products in our store are made to order, just for you. Because each item is custom-printed when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
We've got you covered if something goes wrong on our end:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop@falicitysfabrics.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Lost or missing packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate and resolve it with our fulfillment partner.
Sizing: Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.
