Overview
Falicity’s Fabrics offers faith-inspired apparel, handmade goods, custom pieces, alterations, and sewing repairs. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Products & Sewing Services
Printed products are made through production partners. Handmade goods are sewn by Falicity’s Fabrics and may have slight variations in size, stitching, and pattern placement.
Custom projects and repairs require acceptance before work begins. Pricing, project details, and estimated completion times are agreed upon individually. Turnaround depends on the project, materials, and my work schedule. Please discuss any deadline before ordering.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices may change before an order is placed. Any changes to an agreed custom project and its price must be confirmed before additional work begins.
Returns & Cancellations
Ready-made handmade goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Customers pay return shipping; there is no restocking fee.
Printed products, custom-made or personalized pieces, altered items, and completed repairs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of placing an order. For custom projects and repairs, this begins when the agreed work is confirmed and paid for.
Report damaged, defective, incorrect items, or workmanship concerns within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping & Pickup
Printed products ship through production partners. Handmade goods ship separately when applicable. Custom-order completion estimates are provided before acceptance; shipping transit time is additional.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please contact us about missing or delayed packages. Free shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $35 or more. Pickup arrangements for accepted repair projects are discussed individually.
Website Use & Content
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Do not use this website for unlawful purposes or transmit harmful code.
Content owned by Falicity’s Fabrics may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Third-Party Services & Privacy
Our store uses Shopify, Printify, and other service providers as applicable. Their services are subject to their own terms. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Errors & Updates
We may correct website errors and update these terms. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options.
These terms do not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
